About Sugar Pine Cakery
While growing up, Allison Sayles was surrounded by a large Portuguese family including mothers and grandmothers who loved to bake and cook. Naturally, she developed a strong love for baking sweets, and by 19-years-old, she was baking professionally while attending New England Culinary Institute.
Allison and her husband, Brett, run the bakery together. Their daughter, Ava, may be seen in the bakery too – having fun with some dough!
Sugar Pine Cakery bakes custom organic cakes, sweets, and treats. Using only the finest organic ingredients and local products whenever possible, we also specialize in vegan and gluten-free options, so everyone has something sweet to eat!
